The company's head office is situated in a premier location in the historic banyan city of Vadodara, formerly known as Baroda. The Company manufactures its drug products in a modern GMP certified facility at Vadodara.The company manufactures its injectable and some specialized preparations in other WHO-GMP certified facility. The company is credited with NISC CRISIL rating SE3B on september 11, 2013. 

The company manufactures quality drug formulations spanning different therapeutic segments and markets the same under RECTO & VERSO Division by ethical promotion to medical profession in the state of Gujarat and a few other states. The company is poised to expand the marketing activities to other states and plunge into export markets.

The company also renders technical consultation services in the fields of Formulation & Analytical Development, GMP & Quality Assurance, biopharmaceutical analysis & Clinical research and dossier preparation for export registration.
